      image Usually do my taxes in a different H&R Block but decided to go here. While should of stayed at my usual one! I've usually pay under $300 but not here though. I was charge $314. I ask for a Advance on my emerald card & was even giving a new one. But never got my advance or text about it. Called them & even made a appointment to get a call back. Nothing, I never got a call back not even when I went in person. Left message & couldn't even get a message back. Only text I got was for my next appointment for my taxes next year. Which I would be dumb to go after not getting a call back & getting charge more. The lady (Del )was nice but not nice enough to call back & answer my questions & fix the Advance. First & last time going. Since payment was already made for service, it didn't matter to call me back I guess.
