Mr. David Sullivan is a true master of his craft. He took on a design of mine that resembled nothing what he generally makes, but the beauty and craftsmanship of his creations was proof enough that he would be more than capable of taking on my project. Although it was quite a wait, it was fully expected due to other orders preceding me as well as a deviation of my knife design from Mr. Sullivan's style, not to mention that his knives are made by hand. Let me say this: the final product defined the phrase "It was well worth the wait". Not only that, communication with Mr. Sullivan was a pleasure - he responded to all inquiries with accompanying pictures at each stage of the knife's production. An extraordinary customer service! To sum it up, the experience of working with Mr. Sullivan was phenomenal from start to finish! He exemplifies what should be the basic aspects of every business: quality products and customer service. Thank you so much, Mr. Sullivan!
