Karen, property manager, was exceptional, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because customer service didnt tell me all the information I needed, but Karen was so helpful and did a great job keeping this customer! She gets 5 stars!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
In the two years since I stored my items, the ownership has change at least 3 times and the rent has been raised over 130%. Last month, I spoke with the manager, Karen and authorized her to make a payment using my debit card. The amount authorized was $180. What a nice surprise to found out that she actually hit my card for $397. Upon contacting them, I never received any of the several promised call backs. I only heard from them when I didn't automatically pay the current rent.
My rent when I moved in in January of 2022 was $87. In February of 2024 it is now $202. There have been no improvements to the facility to justify the extreme rent increases. Its all greed.
Unfortunately, my schedule will not allow be to move my stuff until June; but it will be gone as soon as humanly possible.
If you value people doing what they say and charging you a reasonable amount, then this is NOT the place for you. Avoid the units owned by the mega corporations and find a locally owned facility.

Nice try. You've raised prices by 25% since purchasing the facility. Your "DM" didn't have the decency to call me and defend the $397 charge against my debit card even though I specifically told Karen that she was authorized to charge the $180 that was due for February. That act alone makes you untrustworthy liars and thieves.

The two ladies whom welcomed me in were extremely nice, polite and friendly. Not only that, they explained everything I wanted to know but expressed their delightful and heartfelt thoughts on things. Much gratitude and appreciation for having the opportunity to meet the two.
