I would always hang up feeling odd and inadequate. I had finally had enough. I decided to put another attorney, John, and within the first 5 min of talking, a sense of calm came over me. I've got to say I made the right call contacting Hughes Mathews after a accident on the highway resulting in the totaling out of my car as well as minor and one major injury to myself as well as a neck injury to my three year old that was with me. Once I contacted this firm for representation things were simple and seamless starting with the case evaluation. While I did have to wait for my settlement thanks but no thanks to the insurance company which is standard from everything I have learned through the process, it was on the low end of the expected time frame which I am grateful for as I am ready to move on past that horrible experience. They kept me updated through each phase of the ordeal, being straight forward about what I could expect and what they needed from me to move things along.
