I drove 5hrs to Midland Tx after applying to this company and being responded to via email about the live hiring event. I woke up at 4am to get there at a good time to at least be interviewed. I made it there at 10:15am. Got inside and was told to fill out the application and someone will call me back to interview. I sat there for over two hours without anything being said to me. Except a young lady who asked for my number to forward my application. At 1pm another lady walked in the room and stated to everyone that basically all positions had been filled except for a cdl position. Not to mention that the only two positions that were there to interview people were for cement hands and iron. Which already screws the whole process up for anyone else there for other positions. This was very unprofessional and honestly a disrespectful way to handle people coming from out of town. It wouldve been respected if they would do like normal jobs and make you fill out an online app and contact you that rather than driving all the way down here on false hopes and basically wasting your time. All the works seemed really nice so no offense to them whatsoever. But to the company or higher ups that did this thanks for wasting my time right along with the other 50 out of town folks that got dismissed as well

They have a lot of flipper trailers with mud flaps. Its amazing.
