We were trying to sell our house by owner for months with no luck. Once we went with amber she was able to sell it within one week of it being listed and for more than I was listing it for by owner! We were first time sellers and she took every opportunity to answer all of our questions and explain each step of the process. She fought hard for what was best for us when it came to inspections and any buyer to seller negotiations. As first time home buyers there were many times we misunderstood stuff and made mistakes on the paperwork or misunderstood when our closing was and showed up late but she was always very patient and made sure we didnt feel bad or dumb for our mistake but just kindly and patiently helped us fix it. Even after our closing there were complications with the funds and she worked with us tirelessly until it was all figured out and the funds were transferred. We were very blessed to be able to have her help us sell our house!
