Reviews can be powerful, and they should be done with integrity. Carlos Aguirre owner of Midtown Plumbing has never used my services yet he has chosen this platform to review my business based on the fact that I no longer recommend Midtown Plumbing to my clients. The review from Carlos, of Midtown Plumbing stems from a job Carlos worked on for one of my clients, close to a year ago. My client stated to me that they were unhappy with the work performed, and the attitude that was displayed to them by Carlos, and the people working on the job from Midtown plumbing company.This review seems to be slanderous and baseless. This isn’t social media and this isn’t a platform to retaliate against a person or business when you have never used their services.When I recommend a company to do business with a client, that company also represents me.You cannot be disrespectful to my clients, you need to finish the job adequately, and you can’t be intimidating to my clients to gain payment even though they are not satisfied with the job you performed.After speaking with my client and the comments I received regarding you and Midtown Plumbing, I can’t in good conscious recommend you or Midtown Plumbing to any more of my clients. It’s nothing personal, it’s just business. It’s a shame that you lowered yourself to this point and took this to a personal level. It speaks volumes of your character.
