Diagnostic Imaging Associates

This is by far the most incompetent practice I have ever deal with . Non of the billing staff can get their stories straight. The ladies at the front are very helpful to the best of their abilities. So thank you all!! Whatever program they use for billing is outdated or there are serious USER errors. I was billed 3 times by a doctor who I have never met, never ever had his name on any of my medical records. I guess he was the attending to the doctor who read my MRI- mind you he read it for back pain since thats all I guess he knew how to do and could not understand IED/VET not oilfield back pain . So I get billed deductible from MMH, 3 bills for for the actual MRIs, a 2nd bill from what my insurance didnt pay bill- a it was grossly over charged, 3rd bill from some random doctor in this practice to ensure they would get what the insurance deemed overcharged. Mind you he was never even on any of the medical or previous bills (he came out of nowhere) We called get this handled and I be a sum *cough* that this dr waited until 6 months later to charge me again and then send it to collection after admitting there was an error and everything was handled. No further communications what so ever afterwards- one would figure it was handled. Then i get hit with collections. So lucky enough the super nice lady had remember this was an odd case and something wasnt right and has managed to get it handled to a point. I dont know what kind of scams you guys are pulling given that it is already hard enough to have decent doctors in west Texas much lest affordable HONEST doctors. Karma. This is outrageous!!! Other than that the office staff and manager are worth probably their weight in gold.

I have been waiting for a MRI with sedation since January 2021. They make an appointment, check me in, and cancel (last time). The first time they canceled because l failed to do something l had not been asked to do, but did not know what it was ?????

Terrible place to get an ultrasound done. They dont let you see a single thing, no pictures and they give you no information whatsoever on how your baby is doing.
