I give 2 stars for the wide variety and quality of the items in the store. Other than that, dealing with them has been a nightmare. I understand items are hard to get these days but I call, they say they will check it out and call me back. This happened at least 6 times and never a call back. Two items ordered were wrong and had to order the correct part that we wanted originally and they tried to charge me for the new items. Then when the two items were ordered, they only ordered one. A nightmare. I gave up and found what they could not get online and it came in 5 days when it took them 6 weeks to get. Not doing business again.

Excellent selection of lights, fans, appliances, bath fixtures and hardware. Top-rate assistance and follow-through. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. A great experience.
