Very disappointed the lobby was closed today I had to use the ladies room and had to walk across the street to another restaurant and return back to pay for my drinks. That was such an inconvenience and upon speaking to the manager she explained shed lose her job if she allowed me to use the restroom! Really!? I understand you guys are low on staff but would it have hurt for a lady to use the restroom!? When you have to go.. you gotta go but I guess nobody cares about others these days!! I have started to try out these smoothies to mix in more healthy nutrition into my diet. I have been happily surprised that these smoothies taste GREAT. At this Jamba they have extremely happy courteous employees. The customer service is beyond outstanding. I have a medium berry protein smoothie in the picture. It cost about five dollars and is worth every penny. The drive through is pretty fast considering they make each smoothie from scratch with each order. Ill definitely continue coming here!

Dirty blonde shift leader is amazing. Absolutely incredible attitude and service. He let me know about some brand new peanut butter and he made me a Peanut Butter Mood that was delicious. Actually, extra delicious!!! Its always nice when your cashier is attractive, also. Nice music and pretty clean. This is not a review for Jamba, its only for Ethan Nance. Jamba is like a 1 star establishment. I will never pay 7 dollars for a smoothie. Mr. Jamba himself would have to squirt the peanut butter into my gaping maw for me to pay those ridiculous prices. THEFT!!!!!!!! Nothing against Ethan, he is an amazing person and employee. When I visit and hes there, I can trust that the place is extremely clean and friendly!!!! Jamba with Ethan = 5/5 Jamba without Ethan = 1/5
