I see all the customer reviews, WOW! the only time I got customer service was when I signed up and they got our business. Unfortunately, it's been downhill ever since. They don't return calls, I have to keep calling and leaving messages, they don't even answer my emails. My rates on house and auto ended up being hire than I was quoted. I so regret letting go of Allstate and signing up with this agency. Big mistake on my part, now I am having to look for other insurance before another discount is taken off of our Auto Insurance. When I spoke to Holli I was honest as far as one of my daughter's accident history, she should have been honest with me as well. Holli is the one who never returns my calls or answers emails, or even lets staff know I have an appointment. When you speak to another staff member they have you on speaker phone, so someone above them who doesn't want to speak with you can tell them what to say. Calls are pretty much monitored. Worst customer service I have ever delt with. Not sure if all State Farm agencies are like this, but I for sure choose the wrong agency. Just praying I find something else soon.
