    **POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE** Called & confirmed with (Elias sp?) that there was plenty of parking for a truck & trailer. He assured me there was parking in the back. Upon arrival there was no parking & refused to refund me the cost of the room. Will have to now dispute with credit card company.

    HORRIBLE. If I could rate zero stars then I would. They charged us $75 per animal x4 (which wasn't stated on their website) INCLUDING our 2 service animals! The rooms were disgusting and if we weren't desperate we would have left. Rooms: HORRIBLE. My daughter took her shoes off, despite being told not to, and her feet were black within less than 5 mins! There was mold in the shower, which we didn't us. We couldn't turn the heat on due to the smell that came from it when we did. The microwave was rusted and disgusting, which we also refused to use. Food & drinks: The only positive about this dump is that it's across the street from a Starbucks and next to a DutchBros.

    The manager is literally insane. I've worked in hospitality and hotel management and marketing for years and never seen someone so densely disgruntled, rude and downright unlawful. Booked on Expedia. During check-in, all the the manager did was complain about how much she does and how hard she works. I get it, but you don't burden guests with that info. Then, she said there's an additional deposit required. There was no mention of this on the Expedia listing. I explained that my identity has been stolen and my bank accounts hijacked and frozen. I'm booking an emergency booking with money a friend sent me on Paypal. She said, "sorry, we do require a deposit." I asked if she could waive it. She couldn't. "I'm afraid I have to cancel, then." "We don't do cancellations." I showed her the listing on Expedia, there's no mention of a deposit required. She gave me outright rude lip. "Everyone else makes that deposit, you can to." I explained this is plainly unlawful. There was no mention of this in the booking process. If there was, I wouldn't have booked this property. "I'm hanging up on you, I don't like your tone," she said. Unbelievable. I called Expedia, and Expedia said the hotel was not willing to cancel the reservation. I escalated it to a supervisor and was able to get the reservation cancelled and refunded.
