James the shuttle driver to hotel is awesome and funny! He makes good jokes and made the ride very enjoyable .

Rooms were kept neat and cleaned daily, breakfast was decent and it was quite most nights

Was passing through town on a road trip and decided to stay the night here. The front desk was unattended for a whole hour and when someone eventually came the desk agent said she was doing shuttles and the front desk so I felt bad. I guess the management just need work this system out better and not maybe only have one person doing everything holding all the guests from getting rooms.This is unacceptable it wasnt just me a family and a couple other guests had to wait as well.

Our experience here was mostly positive. This hotel was reasonably priced, our room was exceptionally clean, front desk was super helpful (I only got Miss Porch's name, but everyone else was just as exemplary) , and it was conveniently located around restaurants and shopping centers. The only downsides to the place were that only one elevator worked, the waffle maker was down, and housekeeping came every third day or they were available upon request; odd thing was that there was this room service request paper hanging from the doorknob that said if you need something, write what it is, and hang it on the doorknob before 11 AM, so that housekeeping can drop by. We did just that but no one showed up, to which we then called Front Desk to request housekeeping to come. One morning we did wake up to the fire alarm going off, but it seemed like it was being tested. Additionally, the on-site laundromat was unavailable due to vandalism. Overall, if you can get past those minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel.
