      image I doubt this room has been cleaned properly in long time .the bedsheets are just as dirty and smell funky. I hope we dont take bed bugs with us because I have no doubt this place is full of them . Not to mention the damage furniture

      image Last time was 5 stars but this time absolutely horrible and I'll repost, this daily till I get an apology from someone here. It is so sad how 1-2 people can ruin all the rapport you build with a company and other inside the company. 2 days I paid for and it would have been 3 if I didn't have my do not disturb sign on the door get completely ignored so they knock till you wake up or worse she tried to just barge on in my room the 2nd day ALL WHILE THE SIGN IS ON THE DOOR. When complaining to the lady at the desk only because she asked she's going to start laugand smiling like it's a damn joke or funny that imma being woken up. What happened here? Teach your people that do not disturb means the same in English and Spanish. ALSO ROACHES AND BUGS IN ROOMS AND BEDS!

We strive to give the best customer service and to make your stay more enjoyable. We are here always to listen when guest comes to the Front Desk and gives us any feedback and we value that. With regards to "Do Not Disturb" please accept my sincere apology that the Housekeeper knocked on your door since it was past the check out time and didn't get informed that you requested a late check out. We strive to correct all those issues you had experienced during your stay and will make sure not to happen again. We tried to Deep Clean our rooms on schedule and importantly check our rooms daily for cleanliness. Yours was the first report in a long time regarding the presence of insects. By: Marichu Manley

      image For midland this is absolutely a great spot, big truck parking, good food and drinks with in walking distance
      And Walmart is within walking distance.
      Once they finish the construction on the service road it'll be A Great Spot Again
