Rooms: Room was dated, sheets were clean but old, pillows were old and full of stains. Walkability: Located next to Walmart.

People were very nice and helpful. Customer service was great and the employees were always helpful. First room I got into the air conditioner/heater didn't work so they moved me to another room that had cracks in the bottom of the tub. Dirty floors and stains on the sheets. The elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Descent location. Everything else was not at all, in any way, a place I would suggest to anyone. We had cockroaches crawling the walls on the 2nd floor. Not just 1 or 2...many. the carpet in the room was filthy, unvacuumed, and had several places that looked like fresh spills without cleanup. The touch up paint on the wall was a different color from the original and the spots/places that wee touched up were literally in a blood spatter pattern. No joke. The sheets were dirty, the pillows were very dirty...we were shocked but it was late and we were exhausted so we kept everything off of the floor and slept in our clothes in top of the bed linens for a short time. When we checked in, we asked about in house prices and she quoted us a much higher price than we found online. She was very rude and at one point she said " i can't stand that smell of cigarette smoke; you guys stink"! Idk what she was smelling or who, but it wasn't us that she was smelling...but if it was....can't believe she said that! The tv in the room had no channels every channel showed a screensaver but no channel. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing in the reach in fridge but a gallon of milk that everyone shared out of. A few pieces of white toast and a toaster that didnt work. Coffee was very watered down. No lids for cups. Cereal was crumbs..and it was only 6:30am. The morning desk person just as rude. Someone had left a bag and some tennis shoes under the chair we sat at. I took them to the front desk...struggling a little to put on the counter and she looked up as a shoe started to fall. She said "excuse me, what are you doing?!" I said "i am so sorry, i am trying here." And she said "not good enough". I told her someone had left their belongings and she said "just leave them on the counter and maybe someone will come get them " Just don't waste your time. Not worth it. Oh yeah...our phone line was cut!! It seriously was cut!
