Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland

By far the worst stay weve ever had at a Home 2 suites. Over night lady with the short hair wore heavy make up was very rude when i called from the room to ask for extra bedding she replied you have to come down with a attitude. When i get to down to the desk I let her know I was the one asking for bedding and that we also needed towels she was very hesitant to go back and get them. Another guest comes by and asks for wash cloths she tells her they are all being used. And there was nothing she could do the guest told her that she only had one. Come to find out that when I returned to our room we only had 1 wash cloth too. My wife ended up going to the store and buying wash clothes. Same night my wife goes down to ask for the little dish soap that we used at other Home 2 Suites she hand her a dishwasher tablet and says this is all we have. Also Trash outside was full and spilling out and when my sister in law asked the front desk lady on Saturday she replied i usually do it but not today it gets all over me and the maintenance guys can get it but they're off on the weekends, Also while my 10yr old son and i were having breakfast on Saturday morning we hear the front desk attendants about 3 total one of them talking about being a lazy stripper that way she can make easy money and just ask for money. My son turns to my a says they know we can hear them right. I told just to hurry and finish we can go up and start packing. We will never step foot in another Home 2 Suites again!!!!!

Had booked a room at this location but really needed the one off Big Spring for work. 45 minutes after making reservation is when we noticed the error of location and called to see about canceling. I guess they r money hungry because they refused to cancel reservation nor offer a refund, not even a partial refund. So had to take a loss of $135... Definitely won't be staying here EVER!!

So I did make the mistake of booking my room on the wrong side of town!! And i contacted Priceline for help with my Mistake!! And they were very nice and friendly about my problem. They told me they would have to reach out to the hotel for the cancellation and see if could change my stay to the other Home2 Suites on Big Springs St but they told me they could not cancel my reservation for a full or even a partial refund!! Guess they need the money. But any Whoo I booked my where I needed to be at and ate the lose at the other hotel!! See please make sure you look at the address before you book people!!! Cause youre not going to get any help from the hotel..

Beds were not clean I could tell right away due to how wrinkled they were. And who doesnt have coffee ready at 930 am. Noteworthy details: Check your bed for fresh sheets
