Called bills at 9:45am and he himself with another associate showed up about 11:30am to clean and work on my chimney. 100% recommend. Short and to the point and I like that! Fair pricing! Very knowledgeable!

Mr. Bill was so helpful and accommodating in my mother's purchase of gas logs! He even took the time to come show her the logs that he could install for her at her house! He was a very nice man and very knowledgeable in his product! I Highly Recommend Mr Bill for all of your fireplace needs!!

I called one day prior to scheduling and Bill showed up prompt and professional. He inspected our fireplace and installed gas logs. Service was exceptional and I will use them again!
