Very disappointed in the service. $800 to come and change a battery.
Called in and reported that we had a lift (small sit down forklift) with a dead battery and a flat tire.
Tech showed up (no battery) left to get a replacement battery and came back and changed the battery. Stated they couldn't repair the tire (they only do solid tires)
Received a bill a week later for a $250 battery and $550 in labor. (3 hours of labor)
Their justification was they had to go get the battery.
**Update** Ops manager revised the invoice they sent to two hours but honestly sounded like it was just to get me off the phone. Did not sound interested at all in hearing my complaint or giving a reasonable justification on why it took 3 hours to change a battery.

MY FORKLIFT WAS DEAD. SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT BATTERIES. SAID THEY NEEDED WATER AND PUT ON CHARGE. THE FORKLIFT DID NOT TAKE A CHARGE. THE SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT AND SAID CHARGE WITH A BATTERY CHARGER. THIS WORKED. THE PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE PERSON DID NO LABOR ON THE FORKLIFT. WE GOT BILLED FOR MOBILE SERVICE CHARGE OF $99, SHOP SUPPLIES $44.55 (NONE WERE USED), LABOR CHARGE OF $495 FOR 15 MINUTES ON SITE, MISCELANEOUS CHARGE $143.55 (NO IDEA WHAT THIS WAS FOR). PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF IF YOU USE MEDLEY.

Medley is a great place to work, the employees, atmosphere and most importantly, the customers make this a great place of business.
