This rental center just cost me thousands of dollars and really let me down and my customer. We called yesterday morning and was told they would have a trencher available this morning so we now have a crew standing around the job site with nothing to do because the trencher we were promised now isnt available. Yesterday when I was assured they had several trenchers not to worry sir so that set the ball in motion to plan for today. Now heres the worst part the young man that answers the phone there said its just too bad nothing they can do to help me out and hung up on me. So this will isnt the place you want to rent anything from if you own a business because they will let you down and leave you stuck like chuck and they will laugh at you and cuss at you! Stay far away from this little rental place its not run very well and they make promises they dont keep!!!
