The class that is offered at Anthus has so much useful information. I highly recommend it! I had Shea as my doula for my second baby. My husband and I are so thankful for all her help and support. I would not have been able to have a successful VBAC if it werent for Courtney and Shea!

Nurture Me Birth Services is a wonderful team of doulas that provide excellent care to moms before, during and after delivery. I had Courtney as doula for my first child and Jenny for my next two and I deeply believe that Gods grace through these two amazing women and their encouragement are the reasons behind my natural births. They sweetly helped me believe in myself and my God-given ability to birth in a way I never even thought I was capable of. Their natural childbirth class gave my husband and I more knowledge about pregnancy and birth than we realized was out there and the class was so enjoyable for us. We left feeling informed and confident in the birthing process. Both Courtney and Jenny were available by phone leading up to birth when I had questions and calmed my fears when I experienced awkward pains in the weeks leading up to birth or was just wondering when labor would start. When I called that I was in labor, they were quickly ready and available and helped me at home with labor and positioning tips until it was time to go the hospital/birth center. Even at my 3rd birth, I was so grateful to have Jenny by my side again because during the tough parts of labor when I felt like giving up she helped me to relax and stay calm, she gave great massages and hip squeezes that helped with labor pain, guided me to breathe correctly when contractions became more intense which helped manage the pain. Jenny prayed over me and empowered me. She gave me extra comfort, confidence, and strength that helped carry me through labor and even after birth she helped me with breastfeeding. Besides being a great doula, Jenny is just an amazing person to get to know. She is very smart and yet very personable and fun to be around. Their class and doulas were the best investments I made for my births. I didnt think I needed a doula at first but they are so worth it and I am so glad I got one the first time and every time since. The experience with Jenny and Courtney is priceless and I highly recommend Nurture Me to any expectant mom! Thank you Jenny and Nurture Me team! I am so grateful that our community has yall.

Jenny was BY FAR the best investment I made for my first birth. I originally hired her for support for my husband haha but gosh--Jenny is created for this work. In the first few meetings, she answered all of our questions and listened to all of our fears. I was instantly comfortable around her and felt calm and confident about birth. We then attended her birth class at Anthus and felt even more prepared. During my 20 hour home labor, Jenny had positioning tips, aids for nausea, hip squeezes, encouraging words, was quick to offer support or sips of water or whatever I needed, and she hardly left my side. She even accompanied us to the hospital when I had to be transferred. Truly an angel. My husband was a great support, but knowing Jenny had experienced birth before and knew what was normal was a huge comfort to us during something so new. Both my husband and I say we'd hire Jenny over and over again because she made birth such a wonderful experience. You may think you don't need a doula, but do this for yourself! Hire Jenny or any of the doulas from this company and birth will be the beautiful & empowering experience it should be!

We used their Doula services in a hospital setting and we are so Thankful for Shea! With her help we were able to have our baby natural without any pain medication. She was personable, a great listener and stood in our corner for how we wanted baby arrival to be like! We moved away and had a second child 16 months later and I deeply regret not having Shea by our side! Her presence made a world of difference! We love you always! So grateful for your services!

Chrashae is absolutely amazing! She knew exactly how to comfort me through my contractions. She not only supported me but my husband as well. She guided him to better be there for me because lets be honest, do we even know what we are doing? And thats why I am so thankful to have had Chrashae on my birth team. She took a lot of the anxiety away so that I could concentrate on my contractions one at time. And not to mention she is a talented photographer. Captured every beautiful moment of my daughters birth. How she managed to be my doula and photograph is beyond me! A core memory that I will take with me is when I was in the tub working through strong contractions, she swept the hair off my forehead with her ice cold hands. It felt amazing! Idk how that women got her hands so cold but it was just what I needed in that moment. Thank you chrashae for being a big part of my birth story.
