My son spend 5 month there. He loved it at first but they terminated his teacher, i don't know what happened and he had a hard time to adjust to multiple others . Than we had a tragedy in the family and left for 1.5 week so they gave our spot to some other kid without even a call. Little update! My son went to amazing daycare in Midland, and now i can say this place does not even deserve 3 star that i gave it before! Its definitely 1 star! They just watching kids there thats all , if your kids are active they will kick them out, if your kid is crying they will say its your or his problem. Management is horrible, not even going to talk to you or try to solve a problem.

I went for a tour of this school. It was cute and looked like a great place for my child. Lisa told me there was a couple of openings for his class and to get my deposit in quickly. She also said she does not do a waiting list, she does 'first come first serve.' I got the paperwork, filled it out and called to pay the deposit over the phone to save my sons spot.(this was all within a 2-3 hour time frame) Then, the girl at the front desk proceeded to tell me there were no openings and that she could put me on the waiting list. I was at a loss of words because literally just a couple of hours before hand I had received completely different information from the owner. front desk girl then said she would call Lisa to double check and asked me to call back in an hour. I called back but no information had changed. I ask if Lisa would be there on Monday so i could speak directly to her but I was told she would be gone for the week. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the other owner Tracy. She was not in either. Basically, I got the run around and conflicting information within a few hours. I am not so sure that Lisa was ever called to confirm what I had been told. I feel either 1) they did not want me or my son to attend. 2) the front desk girl is holding a spot for someone else. or, 3) the owners have no idea that front desk girl is not being very helping and is causing them to lose students. Either way, after all of this I would not want my son attending somewhere that can not give the parent correct information. Also, in one of my many attempts to get in contact with someone, the phone went unanswered. This was concerning to me that if my child were in their care and I needed to get in contact with someone that they didn't answer the phone. I know things happen but they are responsible for people's children!! overall, I am very unsatisfied with the brief time I spend with this place. I have no doubt they have happy students/parents but the first step of enrolling my son was utterly miserable.
