We went there last year and they were nice but it was too much money. At least for me I'm not a computer person. Real nice though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid John Pitts (The owner) to build me a website for my VERY small home based business. I should have heard the warning signs when he said things like " You are going to LOVE ME when I'm done" or "You are going to get so much business you wont be able to keep up" and then the constant bragging about how good he was. Well that was in JULY 2018. I was told my site would be up and running by August 30th and he would come to my place and provide 2 training sessions to show me how to use and manage the site. Fast forward almost a year later and I am still fighting with him over the website. OH Sure there is a live site but things still are not set up properly and not 100%. No one has ever came out to give me the training sessions and getting John to return calls, emails or text messages HA forget it! He stopped even answering my calls so I had to get my husband to make a call from his number BIG surprise John answered a number he didn't recognize! My husband told him he wanted our money back or for him to do all the things he promised to do, John told him he would call me as soon as they hung up (Which never happened). I have since been fighting to get my domain information from him to transfer to another company and I literally had to threaten to take him to small claims court to get that! I have since found out he is losing customers left and right for the same reason. I spent weeks deciding on whether or not to write a review but decided people should be warned before they give Mr. Pitts their hard earned cash. 1,500.00 may not be much for some people having a site built since they are usually already established businesses but for a small home business I could have put that money towards something else instead of being ripped off! Also just an FYI 2 of the 5 star reviews he has on here are from Family members, so he has to get Friends and family to write him good reviews because he cant get honest reviews from actual customers. At this time I am STILL waiting on my refund I requested numerous times. I hope this help potential customers think and do some research before hiring this man.
