    We have had NTS phone service since 2004 and have had poor service the whole time. At this very moment our Business lines (all 5 of them) are down. Every week we will have trouble with at least one line not working. We go months like this. It is rare we have all of our lines working and in good service. We have not had good options to seek other service in the past because we were told we could not keep our numbers which we have had over 20 years. We are located on State Highway 191 at the 1788 intersection in Midland Texas. Don't try to call because you can't get us.

    We have had this service since it was NTS and recently our phones and fax went down for three days! My office potential lost hundreds of dollars not to mention our patients couldn’t contact us and didn’t know what was wrong. We also have fax lines and receive referrals, labs etc… To say it was very hectic is an understatement. I contacted them for help and was told it’s AT&T fault but I am not allowed to contact AT&T! So I received the bill from Vexus and l asked for a credit on our account for the days of no service! I explained our situation that we lost money and potential patients. They responded that it was AT&Ts fault so they don’t feel it’s appropriate to give a credit! This is stealing from the customer. If you can’t provide the service then the customer shouldn’t be charged. I wouldn’t use them and I will certainly be shopping for a new provider. They’re thieves plain and simple!
