Great bikes and great people. Blake did a wonderful job taking me thru the different types of bikes they had and explaining each one to me. As well as showing me each price section. No upselling or down selling at all. Just good helpful touring thru each section of their amazing bikes. I also had a bike fixed there. Very knowledgable and solved the problem. I'll always go back.

The wife and I own 2 electric e bikes they don't really work on them it's a liability issue but all we needed was a inner tube of which I had 2 of them. They said they would be happy to replace the inner tube if I removed the battery they even helped me removed the battery and offered to put the battery back in. What great customer service. 37 dollars and some change to replace inner tube we are more than happy. You guys are awesome I didn't find a 10 star review but we will come here faithful until we need new bikes. We are customer's for life. Thank you. Keep.on on striving for excellence

The staff is nice. They left the front tire so loose the bike almost collapsed under me first time riding it. Shouldve checked but I trusted the bike guys wouldnt do me wrong. Also sold me the wrong size tubes. Again trusted the bike guys. Theyre nice people. Either their attention to detail sucks or they just felt like getting one over on me. Thanks for the bike, check your stuff before leaving this store.
