After 3 tries here, the last was definitely THE last for us. Took our Pathfinder to get all new brakes as the official Nissan service center I thought I could trust them and they would have my parts. December 19 I called before I came. Told him my vehicle and what I wanted done and he said I could come in now. Fast forward sitting there literally waited almost 3 hours in the waiting room just to be told they didnt have any of my parts and would have to order and come back and do the long wait all over again. If that wasnt bad enough, I stupidly agreed to pay for the parts since I had so much time already invested. 3 days later I called to check and was told the parts werent in but they would call when they did. Fast forward to Dec 28 and I just drove up and demanded my money back. Was never offered a rental as our brakes were terribly loud just driving not using the brakes. Felt unsafe. Completely ruined our Christmas. When I ask for my money back, I was told the parts came in earlier and he was still so shocked I wanted my money back still. I was livid. Just has this stupid smirk on his face the whole time. So I learned after 9 days and hours waiting just for brakes, Trust the Midas touch.
