        Do not retain!!! I inquired about representation in custody battle and was able to get a consultation with Jeanne Morales. Everything sounded great until it came time to receive the contract to retain her. I got the run around from the entire staff. I left several voicemails and sent just as many emails with no response to either. Needles to say, Ill not be reaching back out to this firm for anything in the future and would highly recommend you d do the same.

        I called on Tuesday and was given to an assistant, Ted. Gave him my info, emailed him all he asked for, and never heard from him again. I called back on Friday to check in. Was told he didn't work on Fridays but did on Saturdays and they would make sure he got the message. Today is Wednesday. Still no response. No call back. Not even a delivery receipt.
