Cimarron Place

Our stepmom has Alzheimers. Cimarron Place was told in advance that our stepmom had successfully tried to exit the facility she was previously in. Cimarron assured us that they could effectively address any issue related to her disease so, because it is a nice place, we moved our stepmom to Cimarron. She was only there for about three months before Cimarron told us that they could no longer care for our stepmom. We feel that Cimarron pulled a bait-and-switch on us just to get what little money they could get. Had they told us that they were ill equipped to care for an Alzheimers patient in mid- to late stages, we would certainly have looked for a different place. The time and money it took for the extra move could have been avoided if Cimarron had been honest and upfront in the beginning. If your loved one has Alzheimers, think twice before considering Cimarron Place.

Cimarron has been a good place for my mother. I feel that she is safe there and they take good care of her. I can always call if I have a concern and they are very responsive. The staff is excellent and very helpful.

Everyone is always very polite, informative and ready to answer any questions I might have. The staff goes over and above to make sure that Mom is comfortable, clean and well cared for. . . which includes her laundry, housecleaning, meals, activities and medication is given as prescribed. Her puppy also gets to come and visit her which is super important to Mom. I just wish we didn't have to worry with COVID and all the restrictions that go along with that. I trust Cimarron Place with my Mom because she is in good hands.
