There is no concern about the state of the apartments, the managers forget to solve the problems and are informal, I imagine that the owners of the apartments do not know that their properties are being deteriorated because of these people.

You will get your water shut off every other day due to getting stuff worked on and Ive been 4 days now with absolutely no hot water at all! I understand it was single digit weather day but no hot water for 4 DAYS!? Im livid to say the least. The last two days weather has been over 20 degrees. I should have water when they expect the water bill to be paid but I go without water for 1-2 days a week every single week so about 10-14 days out of the month with no water all day but still expected to pay a $54 water bill like everyone else here because its a shared water boiler. I wouldnt stay here if I wouldve known and will be leaving as soon as Im financially able to. Also never call the awnsering service, the lady its terribly rude and treats you like youre ignorant. 1st and last time I call them. CANT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE!

Dont skip the reviews, I just lived here for 2 months and I cant wait for my lease to be over, office people are extremely rude once you move in, theres mice and roaches all over the place, plus everything is so old and nothing works great anymore, ITS A VERY LOW RENT BUT DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SHT
