        Received my deposit back for the exception of $50 because we left a tortilla we warmed up and forgot in the microwave but everything was left spotless. It must have taken a crew of 2 or 3 to remove the tortilla.

        Great place to live. The staff are friendly. Maintenance was always prompt in getting things fixed. I loved our 2 bedroom apartment. The only reason we decided to move was because we had another baby on the way and our soon to be toddler needed more room to run around. The layout of everything is a bit odd, which comes with these older units that dont have open concepts, so the living/dining area feels constrained on one side by the chimney and on the other by the kitchen/ wet bar. Other than that, this is a great place to live.

        I love my unit! Private backyard which makes apartment living feel more like home. Excellent staff who accommodate any need you may have. Management is professional and reliable to ensure a smooth move! Community is welcoming. I strongly recommend Midland Village Apartments as a choice for your new home.
