Lately the complex is becoming very unsafe, people wandering late and breaking into cars and stealing parts, definitely needs to improve in security matters maybe install cameras or something, and the office will only tell you lock your stuff

If I were able to give 0 starts, I would. This is the worst apartment complex in the world. Ill start from the very beginning. My mom is the one renting, not me but I visit her everyday and listen to her concerns because people at the office wont. When my mom moved to the clusters, her apartment was super dirty, they didnt do the previous move in cleaning at all, me and my mom ended up doing it because they said they were sending a cleaning lady that never went. Later, her apartment got broken into in the middle on the night, the responsible man broke a window that took management 15 days to repair, my mom wanted to move to another apartment in the same complex or brake the lease and leave because she was afraid but they said that they were gonna charge the complete fine for leaving even the circumstances. Ok, she stayed. Later, my mom had rat issues due to a huge hole behind the fridge (can provide pictures)it took management more than 2 weeks to go cover the hole, even the guy who went to fix it asked for tape to cover the hole , ok later, some kind of animal made a hole in the balcony roof, they havent gone to inspect the problem or see what it could be. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT at The Clusters. They are a complete joke, management DOES NOT give a dam about their tenants, they just keep adding fines for things they cant even explain. They do not know what theyre doing. The 3 ladys that work there, specifically Felicia, is the rudest person, the other two at least smile sometimes lol, the prices of their apartments are a joke because its condition is the worst. Dont lose your money and time renting with them.

The apartments themselves arent bad but lately service has been lagging. Trash has been accumulating all around the complex and parking lots. Broken sprinklers and lights on buildings have yet to be repaired. I reported the issues about 2 weeks ago and as of this writing, this issue has yet to be resolved. UPDATE: Its the day after thanksgiving and it was reported that they would be doing repairs on the water, which they can never ever get right, again. Theres running water but no hot water. No hot water before and on thanksgiving? You have got to be kidding me. Trash still builds up around the complex and those lights I reported that have yet to be replaced, are still untouched and not fixed. THE SIMPLEST TASK IN THE WORLD THAT JUST INVOLVES A LADDER AND A LIGHTBULB CANT SEEM TO BE HANDLED BY THE CLOWNS THAT WORK HERE!!!!! And since that time, we have received new management! Id call and complain but the people who work upfront, or at least they say they work, never ever EVER answer the phone. Even emails go unanswered! Do not believe any positive feedback that has been left prior to this review. Those people are lying. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Thank you much for fixing my AC so quickly and fixing everything in my apartamento so fast. Felicia and Teniah always help me from paying rent to helping with problems and Oscar fixed my washer so fast. Thank you!
