Do not recommend. Ive called serveral times yesterday and today and nobody answers. I requested a ride for my grandfather online last night to be picked up this morning and nobody showed up. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Just down right rude and this came from the owner of the company. Not a great way to start off my work day and/or impose my flying partners. At the time I'm writing this review, the company is rated 1.8 star and I think that is over rated. As the owner and a driver, customer service is everything and the lack of it, is unjust. I do not have an issue with adhereing to rules and policies but they way you deliver that message is greatly important. A humbly and solutionable demeanor goes a long way. Being a unprofessional and impolite, only gets you bad reviews.

Extremely unprofessional services provided by the driver / owner. This was by far (with over 25 years of travel experience) a driver and company I do not recommend for any professional services especially airline aircrews. He was disrespectful, pompous, attempted intimidation to strong arm his position, caused a series of uneasy situations and should not be in the customer service business. As a veteran who recently returned from deployment, I DO NOT recommend this company for any business with any professional organization period. Please consider removing your business with this company and seek a more professional service that treats passengers and the service contract with the proper due diligence your company would want for its passengers. Please consider this review and make an informed decision for the good nature of your company and members you trust receive proper respect regardless of race religion, nationality, or professional affiliation. I would give a 0 (star) if that option was available.
