        I went in three weeks prior to taxes being due. They put me off and put me off, and the night before taxes are due they advised I need to get a CPA to do my taxes as they are not qualified to do them. The night before! So the third largest tax preparer in the nation doesn't have a CPA to prepare taxes, and they wait until the night before taxes are due to advise me they can't do my taxes?!?!?
