        This company is horrible. They scam people snd require documentation that is no longer valid just to terminate service even if you die! They continue to bill the deceased person. My grandmother had cable service with them and she passed away. We contacted them to disconnect her service. First they said they required a death certificate to terminate service so we sent it. They did not cut it off. Then they said they would require a power of attorney document even though we sent the death certificate. Her death voids any power of attorney documents because she is DEAD! They are still billing in her name even with the death certificate in their possession. I am encouraging my family to take legal action because not only are they making a difficult time worse they are requiring documents that are no longer in effect once they received the death certificate they are scammers and fraudulent n there actions just to continue billing for a service that is ridiculously overpriced for the product you receive!
