I arrived at 4:05 and checked in both children. Victoria the attendant with a heart tattoo between clavicle bones on neck informed me she couldnt help us because she closed her office doors at 5:00pm and couldnt process them in time. She refused to help us and lied about how long children needed to fast for the exam. She proceeded to correct me when I restarted her response to me and said she had no time to get kids in she closes the office at 5pm and was unwilling to do her job. As she this was the second Labcorp I had been to I knew she had lied about the fasting for the tests needed. The previous office sent me to her and explained a 1 hr fast was needed. The previous office didnt have the test in stock. Absolutely frustrating that this employee was unwilling to test my kids because she was busy on phone.

The man that took my daughters blood today was extremely rude and raised his voice at her these people need attitude adjustments serious train your staff to leave their problems at home and not take their frustration out on patients

Showed up here at 4:20pm, walked outside because I forgot my wallet in car. come back in and door is locked. It is now 4:30pm and they still dont let me in. Waste of gas, waste of time and now I may not be able to proceed with my doctor until next week because of this. This is the only time I can come in due to the fact I work nights!

The lobby was full of people, some had to stand. Almost an hour went by with no patients being called back and none coming out. I waited over an hour (some had been waiting longer). I finally had to leave so I wouldnt be late for my doctors appointment. On top of that, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I will never use this location again!
