The person in charge of scheduling appts lacks communication skills. I have gone to see Patricia a few times throughout the last few years because I have physically gone in to schedule the appointment. I have called multiple times to no avail...one time was literally a life or death situation and I got no response. During every appointment I had to hear Patricia pat herself on the back for the many years she's put in and the fact that she was doing more than what insurance actually pays for...disappointing to say the least. When I would leave and try to schedule my next appt, it was like pulling teeth, almost like I was bothering this young man. Most times I would just say "I'll call you tomorrow" but end up getting no callback. I only gave this office so much time and so many chances because it's close to home but no more! The disorganization of this place can cause more harm than good. I will not put my life in the hands of such an unprofessional office any longer.

I'm pretty disappointed in the scheduling and handling of appointments as well as lack of communication. My first and only visit consisted of filling out surveys to assess my scores for depression and anxiety, which was to be expected in a visit. I scheduled my appointment the following week, got a call to reschedule which I did. I did not get a card with my new appointment time it was verbally over the phone with Patricia herself. I called three times that early morning to confirm with no answer. I went to the location physically juat to be told I was never rescheduled in the first place. Disappointing to unload what I could on my first visit and feeling hopeful for the next one with my current mental state just to get no follow up call or anything regarding my lack if notification of appointment. Yet, I was told very point blank that if i did not give 24 hours notice for cancelling I would be charged. And also she felt the need to let me know that she was donating extra time, that insurance only paid for 45 mins and she was basically being nice for allowing the appointment to be a whole hour. Needless to say I did not reach back out to try to reschedule again.
