The employees are totally UNETHICAL an rude to the fullest with all sincerity,they have cero costumer service ethics ,you can be as nice as you can to them ,an they are completely arrogant blatantly disrespectful towards customers, I've always been a customer of Murphy an love there gas stations BUT THIS PLACE I JUST AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

First things first Im a loyal customer and very respectful but when a employee trys to accuse me of being a theif yeah i may become irritated and disrespectful but I Went to pay for gas at the pump( i never go inside unless to use the Restroom, Pump said see attendant, Went to pay with my gas card inside(I never do) Lady asked how much to put I said around 42, cause I know my car takes 40-45 at 240ish miles. . 280 is empty empty and drinks 15 plus gallons , Debra gave me the wrong receipt, One for 5 dollars and was ice and drinks ticket timestamp said 4:58 I showed up at 4:56ish attempted to pay at the pump and the previous person on pump 1 paid 42 excact coincidentally , but at 4 51 timestamp I was on highway 80 at this time heading here and at 4:54 I texted my friend on snap stating I was going to pump gas with my gas card , they treated me like a thief trying to steal gas when I simply was never charged for gas in the first place, cause my card weirdly declined for the first time , and like I mentioned coincidentally the previous person pumped exactly the number I knew my car would take, and it didn't even pump 42 it took 40.01 , I'm pissed because they treated me like a thief and made me get upset and act not like myself, getting accused and treated poorly can do that, I door dash for a living, and I wanted to fill up at the cheapest place around, I pump gas here every 2-3 days and never had this issue but the lady(debra) swore she charged me 42 dollars, She never did cause the second time when they finally the transaction, it stated Cannot pay with prepaid. And I never was charged and simply because someone before me pumped 42 exact as well, they swore I was charged already when my card don't even match the number the receipt they swore was my transaction mine ends in 2561 and also the timing I exited the highway when I texted my friend at the red light didn't match either. Very disappointed in the way I was treated, I'm a loyal Murphy customer and this makes me very upset , Absolutely crazy that someone can't pump 42 before me and me want to pump around the same ammount as i know my Car very well, drove it 14k miles since i swapped the motor, without me being considered a criminal, what if someone paid only 20 before me and I paid 20 as well, Does that make me a criminal, or a common occurrence.... 2/5 for customer service, 5/5 for best gas around, I will be coming back but I will not be entering the store EVER even when i got to use the rest room(ill use Quiktrips restrooms), due to the lack of respect these employees had for a Paying LOYAL customer, I had to use My actual Debit card to pay since my gas card wasn't working so it ended in 0190, but this is ridiculous I typically have outgoing and uplifting spirits, and they completely brought out the other side of me. 2/5 Murphys and I will be taking the time out of my day to call corporate, So review your cameras at 4:54 Pm on April 3rd and watch me pull up after a person pumped gas at Pump 1, and watch Me nicely wave at them and give them this out my window for letting me get the spot they just pumped at, Then think about what you had done to a PAYING customer, and think about your service, Threating to call the cops on me WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS , the owner should review the camera and apologize to me Via Reply to this review and I'll bump the Stars to 4 where they belong cause it's a great place to pump but the employee, Debra, was extremely not helpful, I understand I was being a little rude but REVIEW THE CAMERAS and tell me I'm not crazy, and witness the previous car pump gas at 4:51 Which isn't My Honda accord...
