I brought a brand new lab coat to be pressed. They lost my coat.  It has been 5 weeks now, and nothing. I have called many times, and now they are not responding to any of my messages.  I call from different numbers they say they will call back, and never do.  I am going to have to use small claims court.  Terrible business.

Avoid and go elsewhere. No accountability for items not ready when promised. Dropped clothes on Tuesday. Pick up receipt said would be ready Wednesday. I came to pick up on Thursday and one of my items werent ready. I didnt receive a text until 5:15pm Thursday to pick up all of my items. Their inability to stick to their contract of service completely threw off my schedule and travel plans. Claim to do all laundry on premises yet one of the excuses was sometimes the delivery guy drops laundry off late. Which is it? Youll also notice no matter what time you visit, theyre never actually doing laundry. I stated that if I actually need something on time I guess I shouldnt bring it there since theres no measure of accountability. The man working the counter says, if thats how you feel I guess you should. I dont typically place blame on front-line employees, Im sure this mismanagement is above him Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere ASAP. No policy for their inability to stick to their word. THEY set the pickup time, not me, and they still didnt stick to it. Must be nice to maybe do your job on time and have no accountability.

Very fast and quality service. Saved the wedding day and was able to get 3 dresses steamed and cleaned. Price was very worthy. 10/10 will return. And shout outs to AIDA who was a big help !! Explained to me how fabric and different types of cleaning worked. Services: Special care fabric cleaning, Ironing, Wedding gown cleaning

They are terrible..... The guy in the front gives bad times. The lady that does the alterations didn't show up for 3 days. Went back 3 times on a Saturday and my stuff still want there....and the zipper that I needed fixed still wasn't fixed when I picked it up....too bad I couldn't do 0 stars
