Towne Centre Mart

Probably not going to return to this location. I started going here when I first moved here because its so close. Nothing much to report on the customer service. However, this review is about a purchase I made a few days prior to returning to this location for the same product. When I initially went for this product, which was a thc-o product, I was charged 25 dollars for it. When I returned I was charged 40. I do have the bank statement confirming this transaction however, let me lay the background. When I purchased this product the first time, I didnt even know they had it in store. Moving from a place like California where its legal, I am still learning what is legal here and where to buy it. Apparently the woman who serviced me didnt know it was there either. I had to point to it on the shelf where it sits. She then asked me Is this CBD or delta-8?. I replied with saying I didnt know because obviously Im new here like I mentioned earlier and dont work at this store so how could I? After reading the label she tells me its CBD. When she rings it up, it was 25 dollars and change. I remember being pleasantly surprised because I didnt know I could find this at a gas station, and I didnt know it would be the same price as the smoke shops around. I also enjoyed the product as well which is why I returned to buy it again. This time she knows exactly where its sitting and rings me up at 40 dollars. Not thinking much of it (this is around the price I pay for an 8th in California), I complete the transaction and head to my car. It was while in my car I questioned the price of the product. I checked my bank statement and went back into the store. I explained that the first time I bought the product it was 25 and now it is 40. She said all of the products that were in that section were 40. She offered that I come around and see the price which I felt wasnt necessary as I wasnt trying to argue, just more so confused by the price change. I mentioned that maybe the first time I came, I was charged wrong. This was the same woman who checked me out the first time. I think maybe she thought I was saying that this time around, I was being mis-charged but I wasnt. I then went back to my car and looked through all of the cards I use from the previous purchase, up to this one. They show up as Towne Centre Mart on my bank statement. I saw a purchase for 57 dollars so I initially thought maybe that could be it but it wasnt because that day I filled up the car with gas. I did not go inside the store. To confirm this, to fill up a challenger in California is 103 dollars, give or take the gas station, at the time I left. I fill up here in Texas on half that which was the 57 dollars (isnt that awesome?!). For this reason, I see a lone 25 dollar transaction (leaving off cents). Which was the transaction made on the same day I bought the product the first time. Overall, she wasnt rude or anything, but I definitely cant give my business to a place with inconsistent pricing. Whats to stop this from happening again? Also, the price is not the issue however, why would I pay 40 dollars for flower at a gas station when I could get it for half the price at a smoke shop with more variety? Just food for thought.

Warning your car will be towed for Patronizing with this establishment, by the time you come out with you sodas, your car will be gone.  They even said the will tow cars from the fuel pump.
