Mr. Evans, this is Phillip responding. After already apologizing for the mix up on the issues you had stated, we tried to honor it anyway we can, by buying a replacement part we misplaced, offering and providing accommodation to be here outside of store hours to receive and diagnose your vehicle both in person and over messages/phone calls. When you dropped off the car for us to address the stated issues, you left out a number of items until after you already picked the car up from us. After seeing the mistake of us not going through hundreds of text messages to find the previous list, I apologized for the inconvenience, and asked when you could bring it by, because the rest of the items could have been resolved in less than an hour. For the underside trunk panel, we offered to buy a brand new replacement piece. We thought we had one, but quickly realized it was for another car we were working on. We already ordered a replacement, as ordered by you, without even verifying you had that piece on your car in the first place, but for customer service purposes, we paid out of pocket for it. Also, if you look into the tuner you have installed on your car, rather than generalized google searches, you can see your ecu offers remote tunes that do not need the vehicle present. The new software fixed EVERY single issue you had with the tune, as we have videos and other documentation showing such. Please do not blatantly lie about saying we never serviced your car, and do not care, when we have sent you message after message trying to resolve every issue you have had. Regardless of the review, we are still awaiting the trunk panel. If you allow us to fix the issues that were previously stated, we hope to try and repair the relationship between you and Joseph's as a whole.
