1 month later and I had to make multiple calls trips and almost Harrass them to get any kind of update.
My car locked on the highway and had multiple re calls
I towed my car and was assured they would look at it right away
It was a week before I got a hold of anyone at the shop and even then they couldn't find my car. They didn't even know it was there.
Then quoted 2 weeks before they even looked at it
These are just the bullet points. I know that there is only so much a person can do. However, I am VERy disappointed and dissatisfied with KIA as a company.
This is not my last message to them.
I am a fan of the KIA car brand but after this my next car is going to be another company.
Bad service completely over shadows and a good priced vehicle.
I do not feel heard or even cared for.
One month later and I still do not have my car.
FYI
I asked to get my car towed to mechanic ( even though it was a factory recall ) and it will be towed at MY expense.
Anyhow. KIA Plano has a full staff and a friend got their car back in 3 days.

Even the tow company hates yall. Said in his words the worst place to work with. They never have anything ready.
