Raleigh at Towne Crossing

Im giving this rating as I felt like there was a lack of communication. Im not too sure if an apartment complex has to notify you if they are changing management but the experience I had left me and my child with no place to stay. I called a couple of times throughout the week to check on my app status. I called on my move in day and was told that someone else would be contacting me. A couple of mins later, Ken called back to let me know they were going under new management and due to that, theyll be doing additional upgrades to the unit and it would be 3 weeks until I come move in if I still wanted. I could not wait 3 weeks. I have a infant/toddler that needed a roof over her head. Not to mention, Im out $50.

We've been living here for about a year now and just resigned our lease. We had a huge plumbing issue when we first moved in that got fixed right away. Maintenance is amazing and works very hard to keep the property clean. Management is wonderful and show me they care. I do wish there were more community events though. But overall I enjoy living here.

Hands down best maintenance ever. They went above and beyond for my last issue of removing the base of a broken bulb ( silver screw part) stuck in the socket in my closet. They not only got it removed but also replaced the light bulb and gave new a cover bulb and screws.
