Towne Centre Village

Awesome apartments and staff/maintenance team they are great at what they do. Always keep us up-to-date and I definitely enjoy the monthly events to network with other tenants.

Place is nice they have a cop living on property keeping everyone safe. They dont let people have unreasonable stuff outside in the front or back to keep place looking nice !!

They nit pick about every little thing. Been here less than a month and I regret moving here.

Horrible. We were never late paying rent for two years. The entire time rhe ac unit did not work. Light bill was $200+ They threatened to tow cars. About 10- 15 cars came up stolen. Apartment is old and not maintained The have roaches no matter how much you clean and which new neighbor you have. Nothing gets fixed. Just gets patched up. Apartment was 80-81 degrees because the ac was broken. After move our still have pictures but was charged $400. Tried to make a payment or set up arrangements and they told me to pay today, or eles.....the are sending to collections. So guess what, the sent it regardless of me making an effort to pay it. God bless anyone moving here.

I just want to thank Ursula so much for helping me with understanding all the processes and walking me through all the amenities, floor plans, and costs. And as a future resident I would hope that she stays here for as long as im there. She is a great help to me and all the residents that currently live there. She brings so much light and positively made my day all leasing staff should look to her as a role model. Thank you Ursula talk to you soon :)
