Went upstairs tonight to find my kids bathroom flooded with water showing on the carpet outside the bedroom and on the ceiling of our garage underneath the bedroom. I called Superior Emergency Restoration and on the same night they came out and did all the restoration work that was needed. I worked mostly through Ben. Hes very knowledgeable with restoration issues associated with water and fire damage. He and his crew seems to know whats going on behind the curtain, so to speak, and can provide great perspective on how to proceed in a way that makes the most sense. He even connected me with a trusted insurance advisor that helped me understand what is and is not covered by my insurance policy and helped me know how to work with my insurance to get the most appropriate results. Now I have two professionals I know I can work with! These guys are great!
