Tutor doctor is amazing, I love working with the students, and its given me opportunities to get to know a different way of tutoring and work with great families. Sandy and Michelle make everything super easy and are extremely supportive. Even when I had to go through some family issues, they worked with me to make sure I could continue and were extremely helpful in the process. They truly care about their families, students and tutors I highly recommend using them!!

Tutor Doctor assigned just the right tutor for my 5th grader who did not pass STAAR in 3rd and 4th grade. But thanks to our tutor, who helped my 5th grader feel confident in a new way, we just found out she passed the STAAR this year! I highly recommend Tutor Doctor!

Twoto Doctor is of very little real benefit. Their tutors are marginally qualified but not readily available from a scheduling standpoint. They do not work effectively around busy schedules for students, particularly student-athletes who are engaged and have afterschool activities. Their tutors are also unreliable. They will schedule tutoring sessions and then cancel abruptly with little or no advance notice. The communication with Tutor Doctor staff and management is very poor as well. When presented with problems that require management-level resolution, rather than seeking optimal outcomes, they simply withdraw from services leaving students hanging with no resources to support them. I would not rely upon this company for the needs of your children if you value their academic success.

We focus on matching students with tutors based on mutual availability. Many students in our program, including student-athletes, musicians, and artists, have tight schedules. Despite this, we always navigate through the challenges to find a suitable tutoring slot.When students seek extra sessions, our dedicated tutors do their best to accommodate, ensuring alignment with their own schedules. In the case you brought up, the tutor was chosen based on weekend availability. I can confirm there were no missed sessions and tutoring was not scheduled to begin until this weekend. When an additional session was sought, he expressed willingness, but unfortunately, the timings didn't align with your son's. We didn't receive any communication regarding the need for a substitute tutor for the extra sessions.Clear communication is of utmost importance to us. During our recent call, I experienced some confusion, particularly when I sought specifics but was told the information wasn't firsthand. This, combined with subsequent communications, led us to the difficult decision of discontinuing services for your family.We genuinely appreciate feedback from our families as it guides our efforts for improvement. I highly recommend Tutor Doctor! Sandy was great to work with and tried her best to accommodate my daughter's needs.
Miss Allyson encouraged her to have a positive attitude and explained math concepts in a way she was able to comprehend them. She definitely helped improve not only her grades but her self confidence.
