Absolutely Terrible. They sat on my info for over a month and did nothing. You have to be the one to contact these people. They're not proactive at all. With the amount of hassle and time loss you're better off going somewhere else or filing on your own. No clue why these people have 5 star reviews.

Carrie, Mark, and their team in McKinney, Texas, are my favorite accountants because they take the time to listen and truly grasp your financial situation. They're experts at simplifying complex tax issues, making the whole process less intimidating. Not only are they professional and skilled, but they also create a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel supported and confident about your taxes!

I have used Hawk Tax Solutions for my personal taxes for two years. They are a company based in McKinney, Texas and I live in Florida. One might think that could be an issue but it has worked out quite well. Everything is online and I simply upload all my tax information. My accountant, Ashley keeps me very well informed of her progress and whether she needs any further information. I would highly recommend Hawk Tax Solutions for all your tax services!

One of the easiest and best experiences Ive had with tax preparation! Their online platform and user interface was very easy to use and customer-focused, which I really appreciated. I LOVED how easy our taxes were with Hawk Tax! Their client portal makes uploading documents a breeze. Their various organizers made it so easy to know what they needed in order to file our personal, farm and sole proprietor taxes. We were able to do everything virtually, which was so nice. We love living in a small town, but it gave us peace of mind knowing that we could be picky about the company and weren't forced to use someone local. They were efficient, reliable and so easy to work with. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I love being able to support a family-owned and operated business.
