Wow. Just wow. 2 years and Im done today. Rude/bullying staff. The owner needs to be here to see this. Update: they reached out to explain their policies- what a joke. Im done. My child is owed 4 make up classes- now the app shows she has no make ups

The reason am giving low rating is that the time coach takes is not for the price we pay.. they call kids 5 mins late and end class 5 mins more.. And on top of it they charge annual registration fee without notifying.. Not sure why the registration fee has to be annual when we are still continuing the class.. When asked at the front desk the reason was just the company policy..

Be prepared for abrupt class cancellations - Had one just today and the staff told us to wait for 30 minutes as the coach had not showed up due to a miscommunication .
Also the coach changes with notice all the time and every coach tell me a different thing about what my child nees to improve /focus on ..
