I had an amazing experience at Posh Physique with Amanda. She is bubbly and a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable and professional. I got great results doing the electro muscular stimulation and cavitation to my abdominal area. I lost 1.5 inches in the upper, 1 inch in the middle and 1.5 inches in my lower abdomen. I highly recommend if you need some help trimming some problem areas and dont want to go the invasive, surgical route. She offers so many other services that Ill definitely be checking out! Ive been going to Posh and seeing Amanda for a couple of months now for skin tightening on my body and face. Im really pleased with the results Im seeing. After the first treatment on my face it almost looked like I got filler. It was so plump and tight! Ive also gotten micro needling as well and had a great experience. Amanda is friendly and I really enjoy my appointments.

After 3 babies + age, decided to get a little help. I really really enjoy my sessions with Amanda....we talk about EVERYTHING as if we've known each other forever! My skin appears to be more smooth and tight on my abdomen. I feel like I pinch less fat now than when I started. I definitely plan to stick with her for my future sessions!
