I've called multiple times for a school tour and possible registration of my 2 kids. Right now, they have declined me for a school tour because they do NOT have a building. Sometimes they mention undergoing renovation. why would I register my children with $200 registration/waitlist fee per a kid without meeting someone and without seeing the school?

I rarely write negative reviews but I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this school. I was looking to enroll my child for the upcoming year. I called multiple times since March. I was told I would get a call back with updates and never did. They said I could reserve a spot for $200 but if there was no spot available there would be no refund. When I asked about tours, covid regulations and other basic questions the response was always, we are just not sure yet. I understand life happens but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially when I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back "at the end of the week." When I did express my concern with the lack of communication, there was no empathy, they just said that they were back logged. Eventually, I was so fed up that I decided to look into other schools further away. It is concerning that potential parents and students are treated this way. I definitely wouldn't feel safe putting my kid here after experiencing this. I really hate to leave negative reviews, especially for Muslim organizations but I was truly appalled at how unorganized and unresponsive they were.

My kids have attending Montessori School of Excellence (MSE) for the past three years. MSE does a great job at challenging my kids academically as well as building their character. I have one child in the primary classroom and one in the lower elementary classroom. The teachers in both classrooms have made an effort to get the know my children and learn their personalities and strengths. My kids love their teachers and look forward to going to school. MSE students are well mannered and treat teachers and one another with respect. My kids speak highly of fellow students. I've enjoyed getting to know many of the parents through different school events like camping trips and picnics and find most of them to be very pleasant and genuine. I highly recommend MSE and look forward to sending my kids back to campus when the pandemic subsides.
