Please dont take your kids here. You have a director, Heather, who just sits in front all day. The place is unorganized and doesnt meet standards to even have or take care of kids. I saw multiple people in management at that location leave because of the chaos, including really great managers. You now have a girl, whose name I believe is Kayla, who seems to sit in the front and doesnt want to help. I noticed she was always standing and staring at people with no assistance. I have since taken my child out because of certain people leaving the company. The teachers seem to have no help since there is a lack of staffing due to unsatisfied employees leaving. The company needs a revamp, as it seems they allow unprofessionalism from upper management down to staff.

I toured many times, but first time to meet this situation. I called them yesterday and knew there were available spots for my two kids. They transferred me to another staff on the phone to schedule a tour. She told me two time slots, and finally I chose 8:30 in the morning. Then we arrived, but we were told there were no any information about our tour. Asked me to reschedule. But both of us asked a leave from our work taking whole family here for tour, we took them seriously, but they treated us like fools. They said I needed to receive the confirmation email, I admitted I didn't check it, because the staff on the phone told me everything was settled and she didnt call me back to ask for any other change. Even there were some mistakes between us, the staff who met us in the morning felt no any sorry or gave us any smile, just tell us go home and reschedule. We wont be here anymore. The attitude sucks.

Just called. Front desk girl was nice but when she connected me to the enrollment person, she was very rude! Just lost customers! If youre treating me this way on a phone call I can only imagine the way youre treating the kiddos!

Administration staff (one person) was rude and inflexible. Maybe the educational program is okay. Signed up our 2 year old at an alternative school with warm and welcoming staff.

My son was with Creme for a year before he moved to kindergarten this August. Creme has one of the best campuses for kids with a ton of activities including dance, gym, bowling alley, playground, cooking class, library, etc. giving him exposure to a variety of things and helped him be more open to trying out new activities. His prek teacher Ms.Dalila were particularly very caring and gives individual attention to kids. And also If I share any concerns like I want my son to drink more water, or play with more kids, etc. she would take extra effort to help him with such things. My son also loves her quiz and stickers and will asking me to do the same at home. even after kindergarten started, my son keeps saying he misses creme, his friends yt and Ms.Dalila. So wanted to leave this review as a happy gesture and wish he gets similar teacher, friends and experience at school.
