I would like to address your concerns. McKinney Pharmacy still honors manufacturer coupons. The issue at the moment is due to a cyber attack that occurred February 22, 2024. This attack was against pharmacies in general, which has made it impossible for pharmacies to bill manufacture coupons. These are a few quotes from the processors and relay companies who manage manufacturer coupons. "Pharmacies are feeling the impact of the cyber-attack at Change Healthcare resulting in workflow nightmares."  "Change Healthcare can confirm we are experiencing a cybersecurity issue perpetrated by a cybercrime threat actor who has represented itself to us as ALPHV/Blackcat.Our experts are working to address the matter and we are working closely with law enforcement and leading third-party consultants, Mandiant and Palo Alto Network, on this attack against Change Healthcare's systems. We are actively working to understand the impact to members, patients and customers.""In late February, UnitedHealth Group announced a cybersecurity issue affecting their subsidiary, Change Healthcare. In response, we disabled our connectivity to Change Healthcare’s systems. This is resulting in delays for transactions that require routing through Change Healthcare’s network."These are direct quotes from the processors and relay companies that process manufacture coupons. These are updates dating from the end of February up to March 4th. As you might understand these issues are way beyond the control of McKinney Pharmacy and are being addressed by the proper authorities. This is a nationwide issue affecting all pharmacies. At the moment we have signs at the doors and drive-thru window asking for your understanding as we are understaffed but are working hard on solving this issue. We have 3 possibly 4 new employees coming on board within the next 2 to 3 weeks. As far as employees quitting, We did have 2 valuable members of our staff retired and as much as we will miss them, we wish them happiness and joy in this new stage of their life as they deserve more time traveling and enjoying their family. Also another valuable member moved with his career. I have been a member of McKinney Pharmacy since 2016 and as a Senior member of this team I want to assure everyone that I am personally overseeing the training of the new members of our family and that I will hold them to the high standard of  customer service that you are accustomed.As far as mailing a prescription to the incorrect address, I do deeply apologize that we mailed that to the address on record which is your house instead of mailing it to your son like you had requested.
